Our concentrate is the most technically advanced anti-algae/fungi product on the market today. It was designed to be a “New Generation” product with superior performance in all critical areas. The objective in developing our concentrate was to achieve outstanding performance in areas of health, safety, environmental compatibility, efficacy and cost. This was accomplished by using DDAC, a proven safe fungicide, and combining it under a patented process with inert latex, a proven and effective bonding agent.
The more Anti-Growth delivered into or onto a surface the more effective it will be. Obviously the more porous substrates will offer the longest efficacy (concrete, canvas, plaster, brick, wood, etc.).

Organisms Controlled by Our Concentrate
MOLD & MILDEW – are spore producing organisms. These organisms feed on any surface that they colonize, degrading and eventually destroying the surface.
ALGAE – live in colonies, but also posses some of the attributes of plant life. Algae are usually green in color but can also be a bluish gray & sometimes black during low humidity. Algae create ideal conditions for mold, mildew and moss growth. Algae also form an extremely slippery surface on concrete, masonry & wood walking areas.
MOSS – a Bryolific plant. Anti-Growth will control the re-growth of moss on most surfaces.
Directions for Use
It is in violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling - General Purpose Fungicide.
Preparation
Shake Anti-Growth Concentrate prior to mixing.
IMPORTANT – MIX ONLY OUTDOORS OR IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA. AVOID INHALING FUMES DURING MIXING PROCESS. USE STANDARD OSHA PROCEDURES.
Our product is a concentrate. For normal use, mix 1 part Anti-Growth Concentrate into 24 parts water (1% solution). For severe conditions mix 1 part Concentrate into12 parts water (2% solution).
DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS OR ATOMIZE WITH A PAINT GUN.
After cleaning surface, apply our product. Reapply as needed to control future growth.
Application
Stir or shake before use.
Wear protective gloves, clothes and eyewear at all times.
Our product should be applied to a dry surface. It will be less effective when applied to a damp surface.
Apply our product with a brush, sponge, cloth or low pressure spray equipment. APPLY ONE COAT TO SATURATION.
Our product will provide control for 6 to 14 month outdoors. In protected environments it should last much longer. Reapply as needed.
Apply at a rate of 100 to 600 sq. ft. per gallon dependent on absorption into the surface.
Limitations
Water down plants, lawns, & shrubs prior to application on nearby surfaces.
Do not use in underwater environments such as swimming pools, hot tubs, fishponds, & spas.
If rain or sprinkler systems wet our product before it dries (1 to 8 hours dependent on temperature and humidity) the protective coating life may be reduced.
When using our product in areas of high humidity apply only during warm daylight hours to assure drying. Drying fans or heaters may be used during extreme high moisture conditions.
