Our product, DDAC (a proven safe fungicide),  is the most technically advanced anti-algae/fungi product on the market today. It was designed to be a “New Generation” product with superior performance in all critical areas. The objective in developing this product  was to achieve outstanding performance in the areas of health, safety, environmental compatibility, efficacy and cost.

The goal in designing the product was to determine the safest and most effective fungicide available, and incorporate it into an anti-mold/mildew/algae compound that would stay on or in the surface – not wash off! As a result DDAC (a proven safe fungicide) is combined under a patented process with an inert latex (a proven effective bonding agent) to create a product with superior efficacy. Simply stated, the latex acts like a “cello-wrap” on a variety of surfaces to keep the active ingredient from being washed away by the elements.

The more DDAC (a proven safe fungicide) delivered into or onto a surface the more effective it will be. Obviously the more porous substrates will offer the longest efficacy (concrete, canvas, plaster, brick, wood, etc.).

  • Toxicity - Approximately 250 times less toxic than PCP’s and 5 to 15 times less toxic than current competitors!

  • Solubility in water: Dispersible
  • Freezing Point: 0° C ( 32°F) Do not allow to freeze.
  • Storage Temperature: Recommended Temperature range: 5°C to 70° C (37°F to 120°F)
  • Flammability: Non Flammable
  • Heating: Keep over 10°C ( 42°F) for best results
  • Application: Wear proper and normal protection gear at all times.
  • Shelf Life: Approximately one year
  • pH Factor: Range from 5 to 7
  • Shipping: Ship as "Corrosive"
